A graduate of University of California, Berkeley, Kathleen has emerged as a Senior GRC, Human Resource, infrastructure and finance professional with over 15 years of experience, and has held such senior positions as Chief Compliance Officer, Vice President Administration, Finance Committee Chair and Board Chair for corporations, for purpose and not-for-profit local and international organizations.
Kathleen's expertise includes the successful development and implementation of effective GRC, financial and HR policies and routines in multiple business and non profit organizations. Locke is a provider for Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation; Sutter Medical Group of the Redwoods, Sutter Pacific Community Provider Network, Sutter Medical Network. He holds hospital Affiliation(s at )Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital. He is the former Chief Medical Director of Healdsburg Primary Care.
Locke received his medical education at
University of North Carolina School of Medicine
Internship, and completed his residency at
Community Hospital of Sonoma County. He has been involved in numerous research studies and has been providing direct care to substance abusers and addiction suffers with the CHI Program for more than three years, within a collaborative care approach. His principal professional Interests are Family Medicine, adolescent health, contraception, well-child and infant care, women's health.
Personal Interests include strong family relationships and gatherings, medical volunteering in developing countries, ecology and nature preservation.

Diane Rooney, R. N.

Clinical Care Oncology
Diane serves as a Clinical Nurse Manager; in the Oncology Research Department at Stanford Medical Center. Previously she worked at Medtronic Vascular as Clinical Study Manager and as also as a Clinical Research Manager at Medtronic. She earned her degree in Registered Nursing at Boston University.

An experienced management professional with a solid background in the strategic and operational aspects of clinical, regulatory and marketing operations, Kathleen provides strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills.
Kathleen has served as Senior MDR/Vigilance
Specialist at Medtronic regarding Cardiovascular Endovascular products
and assisted OUS regulatory departments to file regulatory reports on Cardiovascular Endovascular products in accordance with the applicable regulations. She has also been the Clinical Endovascular Study Manager where she worked on thoracic and abdominal aortic stent graft clinical trials and provided leadership to develop the Clinical Research Associate and Project Coordinator functions.
Prior to Medtronic, Kathleen was the Vice President and COO of CTI Network, Inc. in
Mount Prospect, Illinois, where she developed
successful new clinical research services.
Established strategic direction for clinical research company providing alternate site nursing and pharmacy services for 42 major pharmaceutical/biotech companies and improved overall management of home nursing services for over 110 clinical trials (I.e., infectious disease, hematology, oncology, ophthalmology, fertility, endocrinology and diabetes.)
